CleanHub

Context

CleanHub is a product built by the founder: a vertical platform for the professional cleaning sector, connecting cleaning operators, companies and clients.

Problem

An entire industry recruiting through classified ads and phone calls, with no reliable way to assess skills, verify people, or manage operations across sites.

System

A full ecosystem: operator profiles with a verifiable skill score, search and matching, identity and certificate verification, a management side for cleaning companies, a public company directory, training with tests, automated communication and a CRM layer behind all of it.

What was built

• Multi-role platform: operators, cleaning companies, client companies, admin
• Scoring and levelling engine based on skills, experience and verification
• AI-assisted verification of documents, certificates and CVs
• Search, matching and ranking across the operator network
• Operational management side: jobs, sites, clock-in, reporting
• Automated email and messaging infrastructure, multilingual
• Full admin panel with statistics, moderation and error monitoring
• Front end and communications in 20 languages, plus native app distribution

Outcome

A live platform with a real user base, used as proof that a complex, multi-sided system can be designed, built and operated end to end.
