Scale Sales

Selected systems

Systems we designed and built.

A selection, not the full list. Some were built for companies, some started as products. All of them are real, and we will tell you exactly which is which.

We don’t publish invented clients or numbers we haven’t measured. Where results aren’t verified, we describe what was built instead.

A few of the smaller ones

Utilities built along the way, alongside the bigger systems. Each one replaced a job somebody was doing by hand, every week, forever.

Supplier price updates

Hundreds of suppliers. Twice a year.

Every supplier raises its list prices at least twice a year, thousands of products at a time. It used to be a person retyping them one by one for weeks. Now it is one run, and the catalogue is aligned.

Self-writing blogs

€1,500 a year, gone

Companies publish several articles a week without anyone writing them. Topics queued, drafts generated, quality checked before anything goes out. One was paying an agency €1,500 a year for a single article a month.

Workshop check-in

Signed, filed and scheduled in one tap

A machine arrives for service: the form produces the contract the customer signs — data handling and terms of work — then sends everything to the CRM, which files the record and schedules the check-up reminder months ahead. Nobody has to remember it.

Maintenance policy generator

From machine data to signed contract

The machine's details go in, the policy price comes out, the contract PDF is generated ready to sign, and the whole thing lands in the CRM as a live customer record.

Till and barcode

On the phones they already own

Scan, price lookup and till, running on repurposed handheld devices instead of a new point-of-sale system. The barcodes the catalogue was missing get learned as they are scanned.

Stock counting

Paper out, one evening instead of days

Inventory and stock counts done from a phone, against the real catalogue, with numbers that survive a lost device or a dead network.

Automated job listings

Written and distributed on its own

A recruitment site that publishes and distributes its own listings, instead of somebody rewriting the same advert on five platforms every week.

Investor data room

Numbers that can never go stale

A pitch page that reads its figures from the live product, so the deck is right every time somebody opens it.

Your system could be next.

Every project becomes a case study when the client allows it. Yours would be built the same way.
